Who We Are

Your Hosts

Hi, we're Todd and Kristin, a husband-and-wife team with a passion for hospitality and travel. Since 2017, we've been managing vacation rentals across a variety of destinations, helping property owners create five-star guest experiences and maximize the value of their homes.

 

Todd is a Fire Captain, and Kristin works full time in the vacation rental space. Together, we bring both professional expertise and a personal touch to every property we manage.

 

As a family of four who loves to travel, we understand what makes a stay truly memorable—comfortable, clean spaces, thoughtful details, and reliable communication. Whether you're staying in the mountains, by the coast, or anywhere in between, we’re here to ensure your visit is seamless and enjoyable.

We loved our stay! The place had everything we needed for our first family vacation with our toddler. The host was very communicative, even going out of her way to call up local grocery stores for us to check if they were open on Christmas day. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Maui.

Highly recommend. Fantastic, convenient stay for my family who likes to take walks around the neighborhood to try new restaurants or see the sunset on one of the many beaches just across the street. The sofa bed was easy to set up though it did end up taking almost all of the living room space, but that wasn’t an issue for us 3 since we weren’t spending too much time indoors. In unit washer dryer was super helpful for our longer term stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house itself was fantastic, very comfortable, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up. The hot tub was great, and there were plenty of amenities and games to keep the kids entertained. The home was extremely well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, spices, and everything you could possibly need during a stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, an excellent place to stay and we would absolutely recommend it. 💖

Our cabin was beautiful exactly as described! It was spacious and had everything we needed. Outside patio with hot tub was great and the inside was comfy and cozy. All the games made for a fun game night! Definitely recommend!!
