Who We Are

Your Hosts

Hi, we're Todd and Kristin, a husband-and-wife team with a passion for hospitality and travel. Since 2017, we've been managing vacation rentals across a variety of destinations, helping property owners create five-star guest experiences and maximize the value of their homes.

 

Todd is a Fire Captain, and Kristin works full time in the vacation rental space. Together, we bring both professional expertise and a personal touch to every property we manage.

 

As a family of four who loves to travel, we understand what makes a stay truly memorable—comfortable, clean spaces, thoughtful details, and reliable communication. Whether you're staying in the mountains, by the coast, or anywhere in between, we’re here to ensure your visit is seamless and enjoyable.

We were able to check in early, which was a fantastic benefit. The condo had everything we needed. It was in such a great spot too! Located right in town but still further back that it felt quiet and private! Close to lots of great restaurants and beaches! Will consider staying here again in the future! This place was beautiful! Host was amazing and friendly. We came for my son’s 11th Birthday and the kids had a great time! Definitely something to do for everyone. Very family friendly! Bonus points for having baby gates :) kids and I can’t wait to visit here again. Loved all the little details they put to help your visit go smoothly.
