Who We Are

Your Hosts

Hi, we're Todd and Kristin, a husband-and-wife team with a passion for hospitality and travel. Since 2017, we've been managing vacation rentals across a variety of destinations, helping property owners create five-star guest experiences and maximize the value of their homes.

 

Todd is a Fire Captain, and Kristin works full time in the vacation rental space. Together, we bring both professional expertise and a personal touch to every property we manage.

 

As a family of four who loves to travel, we understand what makes a stay truly memorable—comfortable, clean spaces, thoughtful details, and reliable communication. Whether you're staying in the mountains, by the coast, or anywhere in between, we’re here to ensure your visit is seamless and enjoyable.

This home in Big Bear is easily one of the best appointed and setup AirBnB's out there. Not only were all of the amenities well thought out, there were great little "extras" throughout the home as well. (Even for our dog!). If you wanted to visit Big Bear and just stay in the whole time, this home has that feel/capability. But, as we did venture out a little on our stay, this location was very easy to get to and from with no issues. From myself and my wife, to our two kids, to our dog; everyone was comfortable, had space, and enjoyed the home.

The property leaves nothing to be desired for. It is located perfectly within Kihei for walkable beach and dining access and is a great starting point for all island activities (Hana, Haleakala, Ridge Trail, Ioa Valley, snorkeling,…). The apartment is also designed in a modern fashion and has all the amenities you will ever need. On top of that Kristin is a fabulous host. I would gladly stay here again.
