Recently remodeled with a quiet split A/C system in the main room and bedroom, fully insulated noise reducing window in bedroom, 2 Smart TVs (main one just upgraded to a 50"), premium cable, Wi-Fi, new floors, lots of storage space, washer/dryer, dishwasher, full-size range, oven and fridge/freezer. Beach gear may vary but typically includes beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler and wagon. Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, utensils, wine glasses, tiki glasses, coffee makers (drip and Keurig), lots of spices, rice maker, toaster and even an instant pot! There are 3 gas BBQ stations on the property and all 3 pools are now saltwater.
Let’s talk about beds! We understand the importance of a good night's sleep to make the most out of your adventure-filled days. That's why we've made sure that our beds are as comfortable as can be! In the bedroom, you'll find a luxurious king-size bed that will provide you with the perfect amount of support and comfort. And in the main room, we've got you covered with a cozy queen-size sofa sleeper featuring an 8.5" pillowtop mattress. Whether you're traveling solo, with a partner, or with friends or family, our beds will ensure that you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day. Get ready for some seriously restful nights!
Located at ground level, this condo feels even more expansive and easily accessible. Step out onto the lovely lanai and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, just steps away from the pool and tennis/pickleball courts. The Maui Vista grounds are filled with tropical flowers and birds, providing you with the ultimate Hawaiian experience at every turn. Our condo is located in building 3 unit 108, near the back of the complex, away from the traffic and noise of S. Kihei Rd. You'll love the peace and tranquility that our location provides, while still being close to all the action.
Kihei is a charming part of the island, while perfectly situated to enjoy everything that this beautiful island has to offer. Just across the street is Charley Young Beach, a stunning stretch of sand with turquoise waters perfect for snorkeling, paddleboarding, swimming, or just relaxing and taking in the sunset. And when you're ready for a bite to eat or some shopping, you'll find plenty of options within walking distance. Explore the many restaurants, coffee shops, shave ice stands, grocery stores, and even an ABC Store.
Surf's up! If you're feeling adventurous, head over to Cove Park, just a few blocks away. It's Maui's best surf break and a great place to catch some waves. Don't have your own gear? No problem! There are plenty of rental shops nearby that offer surfboards, snorkel gear, paddleboards, and kayaks. And when you're ready to explore more of the island, head a few miles down the road to the famous area of Wailea. You'll find even more delicious restaurants, resorts, and beautiful beaches to enjoy. Or, head in the opposite direction to Māʻalaea Bay, where you can hop on a whale watching or snorkel tour for an up-close encounter with Maui's amazing marine life.

You'll have the entire condo to yourself to enjoy! This includes the private lanai, where you can relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. There is a large grassy area off the lanai that is shared by other guests.

Location, location, location! Maui Vista is perfectly situated to give you easy access to everything you need during your stay in Kihei. Within walking distance, you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, grocery stores, an ABC store, shave ice stands, coffee shops, beaches, and beach equipment rentals. And if you're looking to explore further afield, the bus stop is just a short stroll away. The bus is an easy and affordable way to get around Kihei and Wailea if you don't rent a car. Plus, we've got some exciting news - the famous Kihei Caffe just opened a second restaurant just a block away! So you can enjoy their delicious breakfast and brunch options without having to go too far.
If you rent a car, there is plenty of parking at Maui Vista. It is free and you must register with the front office for a packing pass. If you decide not to rent a car, no problem! There is plenty to walk to and the bus stop is nearby to take you to North Kihei or Wailea. If you need a car for a short amount of time, check out Turo to rent right in Kihei.

Pest Control Notice:
Our building receives scheduled pest control service every three months, typically on the first Tuesday of the month starting at 10 AM. The service is quick, and guests do not need to be present. Regular treatment is essential for maintaining a pest-free environment during your stay. If your reservation overlaps with a scheduled visit, we will send you a reminder in advance.
Please also note that additional pest control visits may occasionally be requested if needed. In those cases, we will always notify you ahead of time and confirm your comfort with the timing.
